Topic: Can't log into hosting server!

I'm using VWS v15.  All of a sudden (yesterday) it can no longer connect to the server (hosted by inmotion).  I haven't changed a thing.  Rebooted my PC and restarted VWS -- still no connection. 

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Finally got through to my web host and the login had been blocked -- seems I'm logging in to upload too frequently.  Guess I'll have to slow it down a bit.

I would find an new web host.

Just migrated my site to SiteGround.  Of course the sales guy was excellent and they (probably like most) will do the migration free and for me.  That's a good thing since I've lost most of my tech skills.

Gonna post a separate question about frequency of site updates.
