Success on meteobridge install **solved**
« on: January 12, 2018, 09:52:23 PM »
Thanks to the creator of the device and reading posts I was able to get up and running in about a half HR. Converted a TP link router and after a few issues and head scratching it worked. I'm connected through a Verizon mifi hotspot. That has no cat 5 ports. My work around was to buy two TP link routers and use one as a regular wifi router to bridge and provide a cat5 connection to setup the other flashed TP link..
One tip I'll add that added to my head scratching:  you have to be patient and WAIT for it to initialize like 10 to 12 minutes let it go and that wifi will start
I'm going to let it burn in for a few days then get the lisc. If your on the fence about going this route go for it the router was 21$ on the big auction site.

ok thanks.

if you decide to do a website..what I use is this.

saratoga templates, godaddy for my domain name (URL), and godaddy for my Webhost.

they are having a super sale right now....all you need is the ECONOMY Plan...2.99/month....and you want the "LINUX" Server.

I think you can even get the domain name (www.yourwebsite.com)...free when you get the webhosting through them.

Good Luck...Chris
