Title: Anyone know what this cloud formation is?
Post by: spc fresno on November 27, 2017, 06:46:32 PM
Hey everybody! A year and a half ago, I took a picture of an interesting cloud formation (the little dome at the top) that I didn't recognize. I bet that it is some common thing that I have just never read about  :-|. If you know what it is, can you tell me how it is formed?

Not sure if it's an actual cloud versus the airflow over the top of the cloud.
I see that a lot with building thunderheads down here in Florida in the summertime.
