Also, one more question too. Over the course of a few days, my summary icon appears to be stuck and not updating. It has been generally overcast but it will not even update between day and night. Thanks.

It's likely a Weather-Display setup issue.

Your current testtags.php shows WD reporting

   $iconnumber = '18';                // icon number

   $weathercond = 'Dry';
   $Currentsolardescription = 'Overcast/Dry ';

while your clientraw.txt shows

048   Icon Type   Z   18 (Overcast)
049   Weather Desc   L   Overcast/Dry

Have you tried the setup as recommended METAR/solar setup?

I just went back and re-checked all of my WD METAR/Solar setting and all seems to be OK. I will monitor it over a day or two.

If you don't have a Solar sensor, then the items in the Thresholds/Icon/Solar Description TAB and the Weather-Display, Control Panel, Summary Images&Icons, Icon/VP Forecast/Weather Description Setup TAB referring to the use of a solar sensor need to be unticked .. otherwise, it will always be 'dark' and the icon will show overcast.
