SUBJECT: Degraded functionality on the forecast.weather.gov
 application for users of Internet Explorer Versions 9
 and 10 on or about April 16, 2019
For users Internet Explorer Versions 9 and 10, on or about April
16, 2019, a security update to ESRI's ArcGIS platform will
degrade functionality on the NWS forecast application below:
https://forecast.weather.gov

The forecast application leverages ESRI's online GeoCoding
service. On or about April 16, functionality on the forecast
application that highlights forecast locations will not appear
for users of Internet Explorer 9 and 10.
