What are your needs? "Better" is a relative thing. :)

Hautespot:

"Streams live weather data real time (approximately 3 second updates) to the WeatherUnderground.com Website. Also supports the WeatherBug, Weatherforyou.com and Citizen Weather Observer Program (CWOP) Websites."

No apparent option for your own site.

WeatherLinkIP:

"Automatically upload data to third-party weather sites including CWOP (Citizen Weather Observer Program), the GLOBE Program, and more."

"Will WeatherLinkIP work with other weather software programs?
No, at this time only WeatherLink 5.8 can communicate with WeatherLinkIP. "

"Can WeatherLinkIP upload data directly to a site on my own server?
No, WeatherLinkIP only uploads to www.weatherlink.com at this time. However, our WeatherLink software (running on your PC) can be used to generate custom webpages and upload them to your own server."

"Can I send my data to websites other than the ones you have on the "Uploads" page?
No, these are the only third party upload sites supported at this time. "

I don't think either one fits your needs at this time.

Weather Kid, we are in the same boat trying to determine the best way to go.  Type "Weatherlink IP" into the search window above and read all about it.
