Are you by chance with Go-Daddy? If so, try going into your FTP program, log in like your going to upload a file and look for a folder called "logs", or its equivalent. If you find the folder, open it. There "should" be some files in there. One possibly listed like "ftp.yourwebsite-ftp_log-etc.gz", the other should list your website name with a -December2016.gz. This is the one you need. If you have that, please download it. You should be able to extract it with the built in Windows extraction or something like Win-Zip, etc.
Once finished, you should have a large file ending in a .txt extension. I use Notepad++ to look at mine as Notepad doesn't always like the huge .txt files.
