Seems on my ajax dashboard the moonset is first followed by moonrise shouldn't that be reversed???? the times are correct for each just the placement.

I actually think this makes sense because the set is before the rise, it is not like the Sun where you always have rise before set, look at the times, the moon set is in the morning and then it rises at night.

Ok just confusing I would have thought rise should be before set in order of display on the page is all not that the times were wrong.

I know what you mean, but for me for example it seems more logical for this to be in chronological order.

Ah ok I see on Ken's main page his is listed moonrise first then moonset.

To make it more confusing, there are days with moon rise times but no set time and vice versa.

If you are far enough North (or South) then it can be down or up for many days at a time. All to do with the 5 degree tilt of the Moon's orbit.

Sometimes, them moonrise is on the prior day, so the moonset for today is early today while the moonrise is later today.
I'd not put code in the ajax-dashboard to detect that and display moon set, then moon rise.. just lazy, I guess. Also Mark is correct. For some high latitudes ('midnight sun' areas), the moon can have weird times for rise/set (or have those times missing entirely if the moon is/is not visible the entire day).
