Topic: Radar Status php

Hello,
I have a question concerning Radar Status, I am using an ajax template from the Saratoga templates, and my Radar status is showing when the radar is down however it is showing the message date as December 31, 1969, how do I change that to reflect the correct time of the message. The radar is KARX in La Crosse WI and each time the radar is down for whatever reason the message date is always the same...40 years ago
