The basic meteobridge, is really a firmware image that you need to load onto one of the listed routers under the hardware area. Once you purchase "meteobridge", you are buying the license. Ambient Weather sells a pre-loaded TPLink router that they call "Weatherbridge" that provides both the hardware and software. Otehrwise, you need to get the router yourself.
There is a more upscale model called Meteobridge PRO, which has the software pre-loaded and is ready to go. There is a model that has the RF receiver (Red) and a model without it (Black). The Red requires no console or Envoy and can stand alone. I have one running and it feeds my website with the real-time data.
A "Black" Meteobridge Pro and the standard Meteobridge require the USB logger from Davis. It is needed to get the data out of the console and into the MB. So if you get a supported router and the meteobridge program, the USB logger will plug into the USB port on the router. The need for a USB hub seems to come-and-go with time and opinion, but it might be wise to get a cheap 2-port USB 2.0 hub to place between the Davis and the MB.
