« on: August 22, 2009, 03:09:32 PM »
Hi

Question:

I have a Vantage Pro 2 station and i plan to install a rain gage heater for this winther.

My question is: I live in Quebec and winter are very cold here !

Often, the temparature go under 18 F ! It is very cold.

I wold like to know if someone experiment with rain gauge heater in very cold temperature ?

Sorry for my very bad english !!

Ah, 18 F is not cold at all.  ;)

I have a Davis heater and it works fantastic, well below 0 F. Granted, it melts things slower at those low temps, but it does the job.
