Issues with E-rice

Is anyone having problem logging into the FTP server at E-rice?  I haven't been able to log in for over an hour. Hopefully it's temporary.

I'm on mint (or what was mint before the up-grade) and I have no problem logging on...Have you exceeded your connection limit? Your site appears to be up to date.
