i have asked this elsewehere without any luck:

in clientraw.txt, what is the difference between

051 Windspeed Hour 01    the next 20  positions is the windspeed array for the wind speed graph

and

080 Hr Windspeed 01          array of last hour windspeed (10 positions)

?

I don't understand the difference?
