Current Condition Icon

So my home page Current Condition shows and Overcast sky -- but it is sunny.

WD -metar reads like this:
WILKES-BARRE/SCRANTON INTERNATIONAL , PA, United States (KAVP) 41-20N 75-44W 291M
May 19, 2019 - 11:54 AM EDT / 2019.05.19 1554 UTC
Wind: from the W (260 degrees) at 12 MPH (10 KT):0
Visibility: 8 mile(s):0
Sky conditions: clear
Temperature: 79.0 F (26.1 C)
Dew Point: 64.9 F (18.3 C)
Relative Humidity: 62%
Pressure (altimeter): 29.98 in. Hg (1015 hPa)
ob: KAVP 191554Z 26010KT 8SM CLR 26/18 A2998 RMK AO2 SLP144 T02610183
cycle: 16

When I double click on my WD computer console condition icon it shows a Full Sun and the forecast Icon shows overcast.

My metar-KAVP reads this
1471953240

KAVP 231154Z AUTO 00000KT 10SM CLR 14/11 A3035 RMK AO2 SLP273 T01390106 10139 20106 52013

But the icon show overcast.

I believe I changed nothing but  recently I did update my files using Ken's tools.

I went back and checked all my settings and believe I have them right.

Anything else I should check or any other file I am missing or missing to check?

thanks for any help,

yamiacaveman

So In WD I went back and refreshed the setting to update the icon every hour, and now what seems to happen is the correct icon will come up when the page first loads and then magically it defaults back to the overcast icon.

I went back checked and changed all the settings I could find to .jpg's to no avail, and went back to .gif's

Cleared browser cache files Google and Firefox, ten maybe 20 thousand times, no avail.

So at this point, does anyone know how to remove the current condition space? Or I guess that whole section?

Again thanks for any help,
