fly-out menu color question

How do I change the color of the arrow that indicates a sub-menu in the fly-out menu?

It's an image in ajax-images/flyout-sub.gif -- use a paint program (Paint.NET recommended) to recolor it from black with transparent background to the shade of your choice.
