Weather Wizard III w/ sensor link ?
« on: April 16, 2008, 03:14:31 AM »
Hello all, new here name is charlie.

I had a weather station way back in 1999 but it got blown away in a F5, long story now I'm putting up another station.  I just purchased a WWIII with sensor link and passive heat shield on ebay for a bargain.  After getting it I realized the WWIII only shows temp no humidity/preasure.  For that I'd need the WMII isn't that correct?
If so, since this is a wireless setup and such, could I not just add the davis temp/humidity/preasure sensor?  I mainly will be dumping data to my PC/i-net, even though my console won't display the data will the data be outputed via the weatherlink?  My thought is the sensor link is clueless about the console.   Or will I not be able to do this with the console I have?
Anyone have a spare working temp/humidity/preasure sensor?

Thanks,
Charlie

It has been a while, since I've had one of these, it is this morning that I realized that the preasure measurment was built into the WMII base.  Sorry for that mess up.
