Where do I put the Carterlake Icons for USA?

Hi all,

I've quickly set up WD in order to see how reliable it will be with WLIP.  I've got my basic web page going with Ken's scripts but I don't have forecast icons showing up.  I downloaded the Carterlake Icons for USA but don't know where to unzip them

Any help will be appreciated.

your page is looking for them here
/weather/forecast/images/....

That's where I would try to put them.
