WL 2.0 Tempreture

Is there a reason when viewing temperature  (degrees c ) on WL 2.0 that my temp is being rounded up or down WL software on PC is fine

Please people, we're not telepathic - we need specifics and examples. The current outside air temperature in °C on 2.0 is not rounded up or down AFAIK. So you must mean something else - but sorry I can't guess exactly what you're referring to.

Which temperature view are you referring? Bulletin page and summary page do not round Deg C

This happens on Bulletin page and summary page and i find it hard to explain myself due to anxiety

Ok that's just a reflection of your current settings, easy fix, click on the little man looking icon (left most), then select the Display Formats and change the Display resolution to 100.0 and click the Save button down the bottom, done.
