Menu block dropdown CSS

Can someone point me to the CSS to control the background color of the menus in these blocks? The dark blue makes black type very had to read and I haven't been able to find the CSS that handles this.

Hi,
I am aware of this and it will be fixed in v12. It is not so simple and more changes have to be made than just changing some CSS parameter. But the version for v12 will work fine, I tested it.
