Topic: A Close Call....

Last night we had a nice show of lightning.  My cams picked up several nice strikes....  However, one is so close to the house it is frightening.  In fact it looks like it hit the water in front of our place right where my boat is anchored....  When I saw the image, I ran out in my slippers in the pouring rain to make sure my boat was still there.  So, I'll share that image as well as a slide show of some of the captures.  Just for clarity....  I did this "work" while sleeping....  No skill involved....  Unlike Randall who actually uses his incredible skill and energy to do great work.

This series rivals the one you got a couple of years ago and is absolutely outstanding.
I think it was your AVATAR for a while - I would love to compare the strikes...
And the time and effort and skill to put it all together in pleasant display is fantastic.
The NWS is going to fall out of their chars this year!!!!
