Solved.

I initially used a Windows 7 computer to set it up manually changing it's IP to 192.168.0.99 and changed to my routers 192.168.1.88 subnet 255.255.255.0. Unpluged and connected it to a switch connected to the WS-2902's wifi. Not thinking I tried to update/upgrade new firmware over the switch connection to the OIP. Remembering. I went back to the wifes Windows 7 and plugged directly into router on same. Worked like it was supposed to like you said. Someone that doesn't have 33 devices connected to an 8 port router TAKE NOTE.

Thanks for making me think and needed 4 aspirin to get my brain cell firing.

OH. um guy's... read the direction. My wife made me say that...

That she is. Only cause she knows I don't like doing things the easy way. I found a few more ports. 1060 and 1077 open but am not able to access them or know what they do. will get back to you. They are hidden ports for whatever reason. working on it with a buddy that knows more.
