A Wicked Convergence Zone
« on: March 06, 2017, 10:09:59 PM »
We have a common weather feature in our area called a convergence zone.  Basically it is weather coming in from the North side of the Olympic mountains colliding with the weather coming in from the south.  Sometimes this can have a very dramatic effect.  Today had the classic signature of a PNW convergence zone.  I put together a time lapse video that shows what it looks like from a few different angles.  I have 3 webcams to source from.  It starts out with a panorama of all three cams and then detail from each cam individually.

Very 8-). The flag in the last was quiet dramatic!

Greetings Greg,

The compilation is fantastic and the weather very dynamic and very much PNWet...
Thank you for sharing and hope all is well up north (we were 83°F today).
Always love to see any video you produce!
