webcam shows as offline, or not?

On my main WU webpage my Associated Webcam show as offline but if I go to My Devices it shows as online. I can click on the webcam device and go to the Web Cam Data tab and see the most recent image. I can also view all the daily videos.

Same issue I have with two different webcams (each at different sites). I'm using URL, not FTP.

Mine has been wrong for weeks. And ftp or url did not matter. WU has been 'accepting' photos (sometimes) from the same camera using both methods since last year when they started the 'no more photos' policy and then reversed that decision. The maintenance screens were so fouled up, that I made no effort to correct the problem.

Today both cameras are accepting photos and processing them AND the station page has them both linked as an 'ASSOCIATED WEBCAM'.
