Topic: HW won't start and another question.

Hi,

I'm new on here so please forgive if this is already answered.

I have a LaCrosse 2350 rebadged as Techno Line.

It has been working for 2 years or so and I have managed to download data from it using HeavyWeather (I've read the criticisms... Confused)

I just tried to start HW and got the following message -

"the application failed to initialise properly (Cxc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application."

I uninstalled HW and downloaded and installed a new one, same result.

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 6400 and MS XP SP3.

I wanted to download the data from the last three months or so while I've been away. Will some other software like weather display pick up the history??
