Warning message from Virtual VP

I keep getting this warning message from Virtual VP in the bottom bar of the program: 08:00:00:073 Warning      - Cannot find WeatherLink application file
I get this sometimes every day but not all of the time. This warning usually shows up at 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. What is this warning trying to tell me?
