Topic: wmr 88 weather station

        Was thinking of buying the davis vantage vue  weather station but as i am a complete novice i don't think i can justify splashing out all that cash until maybe i get more savy with this hobby,So my question would be As i use an IMAC will the oregon  WMR 88 weather station be compatable with my iMac as what i would like to do is upload my data to the web using weather snoop  which i have already dowloaded  or could i use weather cat which i already have aswell although i have not opened them up yet as i dont have a weather station.I put a post a couple of days ago about compatability with the iMac and i saw a list with weather snoop compatable stations and it only says from WMR 100A/100N 200A/968,

any help please as i am getting more and more confused and itching to get up  and running
