The script displayed the date of your time zone rather than the GM date.  Corrected zip uploaded.

At Tom Abell's urging I introduced a slight change to the GRLevel3 HAniS script.  You may now select a four digit Zulu time, hhmm, that counts up silently to the next minute or a 6 digit UTC time, hh:mm:ss, that counts up visibly to the next minute.  The switch is '$useUTC'.  (As usual my site may load slowly when checking on the radar's status.)
