java error in weatherlink for Mac OSx

I have been unable to get Davis to reply to this. 
Can ANYONE help please ..
java error on launching weatherlink <ExceptionInInitializerError>  press the OK button and weatherlink closes
I have tried numerous attempts to uninstall and reinstall, load using separate admin account
Latest OSx and java
Nothing works
HELP  PLEASE!!!!
