Topic: How to import custom MySQL database into NANO SD

Just got the micro SD card for my Nano today. Question: if I have a custom MySQL database that I've been recording all the weather to for the last year, what would be the best way to import it into the Nano? I assume I'd have to convert the data into one of the formats in the drop-down box on the history screen, so which format would probably be the easiest to use?
