The attached message at http://tiggrweather.net/wxstatus.php will not go away and is not in the cache file. Where is it coming from?

Not sure what you think the problem is.
I get this message when the radar site I'm using is "down for maintenance" as the message suggests.
Yours appears to be up and running "Green".

The problem is the site was to be down only for the afternoon two days ago. It is back up and running so the message should no longer be there, especially since it's no longer in cache.

Interesting - when I first looked the [down] message was not there.  It is now, hmm.
