Cobian setup?

I started running Cobian on my laptop and new weather pc.  I have it backing up to a 2TB raid NAS.

I did a full backup.  Now running incrementals daily.
I dont really like the way it creates a dated folder for each path backed up each day.  I guess I was used to my maxtor NAS software, which had a pretty cool three version hierarchy.

The way these incrementals are working now, I honestly dont know where I would start to try and restore my system. There are hundreds of them....
