Title: my ACURITE weather station

yes i did get the WS-2000 weather station but i return it has i liked my Acurite Atlas bettter pluse the Acurite Atlas gives you a more accurate temperature sensor then the one on the WS-2000 and i love you can buy and add the lighting tracker tool too your station has a add on wish the WS-2000 did not have

what  you  guys  think ?

thanks      i like the WS-2000  weather station  i  just did not like  how  cheap it was made

Can you consider a better installation? I would hate to see the Atlas get broken in a high wind. Maybe get the wind extension and put the Atlas close to the ground?

thanks  but i like it  the way it is    and   you  dont  get  that much  in the way of high winds  we do some time in are stronger  winter  storm  but please dont worry i got it on there  tight

PVC pipe and electrical tape?  That's a very... uh...  interesting installation you've got there.  Hopefully that's rigid enough to prevent wobble, because if it starts to wobble it won't record rain or wind properly.

Nice station though.  I'll probably get one of those in the future when my 5-n-1 dies.
