I definitely see a 50Hz oscillation there in the spectrum, especially on the magenta E-Field channel, and to some extent on the green H-Filed channel. Is your system grounded at the control board?
No not grounded yet. Need to choose a permanent location yet, which may be near the Hot water system. Not sure if using a water pipe would work as the main feed to the house is high pressure poly pipe.
Is roof iron that is ultimately connected to posts bolted to concrete considered a valid ground?
(As in the structure the E-Field is bolted to. Or should I ground that structure with a stake).?
......running a wire from the grounding lug on the controller.......
Might need a pointer on where to ground the Blue System.
Is your H-field antenna shielded in any way?
Wasn't sure what to do there.
The Mini guide shows both shields shorted together near the ends, but not connected in the Moebius Loop example.
Other examples I saw only had the shield shorted at the loop to complete the circuit, but one end of the shield connected to gnd.
That's something I'd like a bit more info on.
Is your network and coax cables from the controller to the antennas shielded?
RG6 to the E-Field & Foil shielded with drain Cat5 to the H-Field.
Just a regular Cat5e back to the switch.
Cheers
Phil.
