WS2080A - USB to IP ETHERNET

Hi,
I am interested to send the USB signal (port from WS2080A) through a USB to IP/ETHERNET converter to a router, then from there reverse the IP to USB and receive the data to a laptop in a far distance over internet. Is this feasible?
