Title: So prone to RFI it locks up

Before I got my Sangean CL100 I bought a Radio Shack 12-522. I wasn't able to use the 12-522 anywhere near home because digital RFI shuts it down in a way that requires the power to be disrupted to reset it, which means the SAME codes have to be reentered. Due to this issue I tried to use it in my truck but when I get home it again picks up the digital RFI with the same results. I have lots of switch mode power supplies here. They don't affect my CL100 or anything else. Apparently the 12-522 is very susceptible to RFI. Has anyone found this to be true with yours?

This tends to happen with my Eton Zonegaurd, but I haven't found a definitive solution ](*,)
