Topic: Is Weather Underground Messed up again?

I have been registered with Weather Underground since early 2005 and have been faithfully sending them my data ever since.

My station ID KCOBLACK2 shows that my membership status is no ads paid up. In VWS I can see that the data is getting to them. However at any site related to Weather Underground I cannot display my data. This does not make me very happy.

All the other sites where I send send my data display it, Weather for you and CWOP.

To me this states that Weather Underground really does not pay attention to their product and if the data is being published.

So I'm not sure what you are not seeing?

I guess I was not clear with what I posted.

When I try to use an application like Weather Exchange to view the data from my weather station it was not there and had not been for over 6 hours as best I could figure.

I could go the the Weather Underground site and see that my data was there using the link in VWS. thus I knew that it was being sent to them.

However an application that uses a data feed from Weather Underground  was not getting the data.

I sent an email to the Weather Underground tech support and it was fixed within a half hour.

In these days of computers doing a lot of things you would think that they had in place monitoring to see that the incoming data feed matched the outgoing data feed and the supplier of that data would not have to notify them a link was broke.

Does everyone understand my complaint?

What was Fixed, other users may need to know what the problem was and with what Program (VWS) or (Weather Exchange). And also what Version of what Software.
PS Weather Exchange released a new version 1.25 on January 2009.
