Interesting weather is when my high temp (48.9) is at exactly 12:00AM.

Light rain began at 7PM so tomorrow morning should look nice, if it's clear. Maybe the rain/snow will wash off all that desert dirt that is literally nearly sand blasted into everything like the pool coping stone.

There were times when it looked like snow in the street lites but in any case, it was melted by the time it hit the ground. It stayed in the upper 30s for the most part with 34.5 as the morning low. Mountains are dusted and have some cloud cover, Higher peaks that I can see look nice and bright-white.

The 'storm precip' of 0.44" rounds me out to 3.5" YTD.

Later forecasts are still dynamic with the snow chance now sitting on Sun nite thru Mon nite. Tuesday now shows a high of 32 and sunny.

The Rio Grande approves of this weather

My stretch of the Rio Grande probably misses out on this slow rainfall at this elevation but the local aquifer is sure to enjoy what it gets.

Too much rain here and a LOT more to come! I like the rain, I find it relaxing, but I dont like seeing the creek banks swell like they have been...Could get ugly for the Ohio River Valley early this coming week.

Skies cleared some today, though the snow came back around 6 tonight...for awhile it looked as if I were going out...but as soon as I made plans...everything started turning white...we have about 1.2 inches on the ground now...the snow band is moving out.

And it's below freezing, which means the streets are going to be icy.

We're in for round two late tonight and into tomorrow and tomorrow night

Looking at Wundergrounds station maps...I'm seeing a lot of stations east of Albuquerque with only temperature stats and some with wind stats. Makes me wonder if the cold weather ate batteries?

If it's below freezing and there is precipitation, the anemometers could be stuck.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — A New Mexico restaurant employee says he's now seen it all, after three men left his diner with rolls of toilet paper and were nabbed in the parking lot by police.

Burgers, Dogs and Wings employee Josh Flannery-Stewart tells KOAT-TV (http://bit.ly/rtVXdL ) in Albuquerque that he was immediately suspicious of the men when they came in Saturday because they weren't talking and appeared "messed up."

The three went into the bathroom and emerged carrying about a dozen rolls of toilet paper. They got in a car in the parking lot, but didn't get far.

Albuquerque police apparently already had the trio under surveillance and quickly surrounded the car and arrested them.

The toilet paper was returned to its rightful owner.

I guess those crooks were "wiped" out!

It's 22*F outside (all the thermometers outside my house say 32*F which is highly inaccurate...)

Schools and businesses are closed. Now..why can't it do this closer to Christmas?  #-o

Been in the low 30s all morning while this thick grey-white cloud slowly rolled over the mountains in my direction.

I guess the leading edge has found my property - it is now snowing!

Even with the wet ground it's sticking fairly well. My car is outside the garage and should look like your truck by the end of the day at this rate.
