Stardot  (of course).  Starts around $500 on sale.  I also like my HD DLink 960L - about $140

I use the Canon Rebel T3 DSLR with IPTimelapse software for night photography only.  I get them on Ebay for around $300 used with low shutter count.  They do have a limited life span, so I use mine only on clear nights.  The quality is awesome though.  You can see some examples with my posts here.  Take a look at "Aurora All Night Long"....

looks great like your site, that where i am trying to get to , have my own site. i may have some problem tho. ran across info on stardot and a few others about streaming. so i have checked my download and upload speed. since i am in a rural area i have the fasted that is here get 17megs download and only 2.2 upload, so not sure where to go from here without using all my band just for the cam, i have a small web cam i got a while back not as good as others but not sure what it will use, to live feed but may have to use a time lapse method any ideas

I stream my Satrdot with less bandwidth than you have.

Bandwidth speed won't matter as much as a monthly bandwidth usage cap if your ISP imposes one.

So are you streaming or just making a timelapse video? I have enough bandwidth to stream using Hikvision 264+ technology with 1.7 upload speed at 20-25 fps.
I prefer the hikvision's (best bang for $ cameras), the EXIR IR are best for night claiming 150' distance at night. Here is my online camera with stream if you want to check out best check at night this is a dark area with camera night settings at 80% gain so it could go brighter.

Link to stream allow up to a minute to connect its on demand and refresh a couple times will connect faster.

Camera is this model with 4mm lens.

wow, looks good for a night shot, can really see far with that one, clear, going to look at the spec s and look at the ptz type and see what i can find before i order one, after looking around outside i could mount on the pole i am putting up to raise my station and could point it in any direction, i would like that for getting some good shots

One thing I've noticed about this camera the dreaded IR light spiderweb issues many smaller Hikvision models have I don't seem to have so far. The IR lights aren't surrounding lens like small cameras.

PTZ cameras may require additional power supply other than just POE just to let you know for camera motor movement so check specs closely and make sure it's not an issue if required.

There are a number of DIY wide angle cams based on ZWO astronomy cameras.  I think some have a wide enough range to tolerate sunlight, just learning about this approach.  ZWO recommends the ASI185MC ($329) color camera for use as a sky cam.

https://astronomy-imaging-camera.com/products/usb-3-0/asi185mc-color/

The models change so fast, you can often get an ASI type camera used for a lot less at the astronomy forums, such as cloudy night classifieds - https://www.cloudynights.com/classifieds/

Some folks replace the supplied wide angle lens with higher quality wide angle or fish eye lenses.

https://stargazerslounge.com/topic/271844-ginas-diy-all-sky-camera-mark-4-with-zwo-asi185mc/

Here are some examples, many more by Googling ASI or ZWO and skycam.
