Help with meteohub feeding Meteotemplate
« on: April 16, 2017, 12:01:26 AM »
Hi,
Anyone have meteohub feeding a Meteotemplate server? I am currently feeding my server with meteobridge, but there is something about running mh on a little Raspberry Pi server which seems more robust to me. I built one using the Model 3 and it seems to work great, but I see there are a couple of features I would miss.

First, there is no straight forward way to feed the Meteotemplate API. I would have to create a template and use that. Another one I would miss is remote accessibility without having to do port forwarding. I really wish meteohub would be as feature rich as meteobridge with the added bonus of keeping a local copy of all the data.

If anyone is using mh with MT, please let me know how and how it has worked.

Yes, but development has not been very active for the hub, so I don't know if he wants to integrate further features into this product. Right now the only way I can find is through a custom template.

Pity. I guess I will just stick with meteobridge for now.
