Temp weirdness
« on: March 20, 2017, 05:31:03 PM »
Checking my WU feed today, https://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=KWABREME77 It is showing a high temp of 102.9 F.  Now, today has been in the 40s to 50s, so not sure where this came from. Switching to the "table" view i was looking to see perhaps, at what time this wrong temp posted so I could try to figure out what / when / where this phantom high was sent. But the table has nothing anywhere near its reported high.

Any ideas out there?

Probably had a spike like it did back in February 114.2 °F on the 3rd.  Could be just the AcuRite.

Never buying AcuWrong again for sure.

I am glad I switched from Acu-Rite to Davis equipment almost a year ago. Acu-Rite was constantly giving me one problem or another. When I switched to Davis, I tried giving my Acu-Rite crap away for free, with no luck!  #-o
So far I have had no problems at all with Davis, and it is a lot more accurate then that other brand.  =D>

Greetings all!
I'm a newbie on here. Found the site while researching causes for a few instances of outlandishly high reports from my Acurite 5-in-1. As it turns out, some high winds a while back turned my unit 180 degrees N/S so the solar cell was facing north and not operating the internal fan. Remedied that and highs are good again.

Now my question... Is there a way to reset/delete inaccurate history from the WU site? I've reset my wireless display but that won't correct it online.

THANKS!

Thanks Valentine :)
I was able to bring up and view the table but the EDIT option on the right was grayed out. The download option was "clickable" but not the edit.

After you go to table, click on edit button and then on far left click on time ie 12:05 AM, it should highlight the full row. All you can do is delete the full row.

If this doesn't work try a reloading page or logging in with different browser.
