Can I purchase a 24hr FARS for my Wireless VP2? If so, where can it be purchased and what is a good price? I live in Ireland. I have the standard station currently, not the daytime FARS.

Don't beleive that you can.  You might talk to Davis or the distributor for your country.

No.  However, you can purchase the Daytime FARS.

...and, if you are able to run a small cable to your station, you can actually power the Daytime FARS from a small plugin supply and run it without the solar cell (i.e., 24 hrs).

I have the daylight hour FARS and on my second motor, the first one was defective and Davis replaced it.  I should have gone with the 24 hour but Davis doesn't seem to be updating any equipment right now so that 24 hour is an option.

I built a shelter similar to the one in the second link. Mine however does not have a fan. But since it is in the shade 98% of the time. It works just fine.
