Temperature/ Humidity Sensor for a Weather Monitor II

Hello, I'm new to this board and have a question on if its possible to adapt a newer temperature/humidity sensor for use with a Weather Monitor II?  I have a WM II and was wanting to add the temperature/humidity sensor but these are a rarity.
