Incredible... with thin topsoil, usually dormant in July for sure...Here's why it stayed green::

Ah thanks. I hadn't checked out CoCoRaHS yet. I found a CoCoRaHS station just 0.3 miles down my street. My rain is pretty close to what they are reporting. Interestingly they don't seem to have a weather station, at least not one on any weather network I've looked at.

Your grass looks great.
