Probably. Worst case, install the card, connect the display and see if anything appears. If not you have to go in to the BIOS.
This is what the MB manual for my C2SBC-Q (Phoenix BIOS) says:
Default Primary Video Adapter
This feature allows the user to select the video device used by the BIOS during
POST. If set to Auto, PEG, PCI, and IGD (Internal Graphics Device) devices
will be selected. If set to IGD (Internal Graphics Device), IGD and PCI devices
will be selected. If set to PEG, PEG and PCI devices will be selected. If set to
PCI, PCI, PEG and IGD devices will be selected.
What that means, when set to Auto, the BIOS search order is PCI-E, PCI and then the integrated. And which ever it finds first becomes the default adapter.
