Title: Unable to view attachments

I've tried including attachments, but keep seeing the notice that I'm not allowed to view them. There should be an explanation on this forum somewhere not so difficult to find; e.g., you don't have sufficient permissions to view attachments until something happens; or whatever.

You are allowed certain types, what type are you trying to attach?

Allowed file types: doc, gif, jpg, pdf, png, txt, zip, jpeg
Restrictions: 8 per post, maximum total size 2048KB

Hello Randy,

Nothing special, just some png files. But when trying to Preview the post, the message is displayed: 
[ You are not allowed to view attachments ]
 [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

It's a known issue that you won't be able to view inline attachments while in PREVIEW.  They show fine after the post is done.

Attachments (inline) are also only viewable by logged-in users (not Guests).
