Title: Satellite images

Many of you might already be aware of the following site.  I like it since I am in the great lakes area.  Often in the winter all you see are clouds, but I still check.  I use these images with my mesomap.

Looking today I was surprised how the Feb 28 image shows the distinct snow line across Wisconsin, Michigan and Ontario.  The last storm that passed brought a lot of rain to the southern areas of those states and the bare ground shows clearly.

Anyone else have a site for similar satellite images to share?

I use the Modis site also.
Great for hi-res hurricane imagery.
Wish they could somehow animate the images but since they aren't in geo-synchronous orbit that would be impossible.
Use this one for Florida images.

Thanks for that link. 
I did find one link there with a current day animation of images - but not in high res.  Today's image shows quite a "bloom" of Lake Effect Clouds (Snow?) off Lake Michigan into the Illinois/Indiana border.  Nothing compared to the systems moving up the east coast and into the northwest.
