VWS Wunderground 5 day forecast module not updating for non-usa sites.

Is anyone experiencing the 5 day forecasting module under Wunderground not working on international sites? In my case, Canberra, WMO No: 94926 has stopped updating the 5 forecast. When I change the WMO Code No to 71707, for Sydney CA it updates without any problem.
I'm running VWS V15.00 p03.

My station in Mexico stopped updating about 2 months ago. Works fine for US, but not Mexico. I've not found a replacement so it left a "hole" in my layout templates.
