WU Account problems

Hello,
may this is only a problem which hits me, but I can't delete an account at WU or change an email adress. WU is telling me that the email-adress is already in use, which can not be. Is this bug still not solved?

I'm pretty sure that if the account has uploaded ANY weather data it can not be deleted, at least this used to be the case.

As for your e-mail address I can't help with that, sorry.
