Looking for suggestions for my wunderground wx radio setup.

Its been up and running at: audiostream.wunderground.com/ed2kayak/Mechanicsburg.mp3 for probably 2 months.

Shows as active on the sign up page,  but not listed on the radio directory.

I used the contact form for support, twice, but never received a answer.

Does anyone have a different contact method, or any other ideas.
