Title: [End of Service] Weather Underground API & forecast Extension

Is there any reason why the forecast (https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/forecasting) extension is including forecasts from Weather Underground as an option given WU's decision to retire the Weather Underground API months ago (http://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=35431.0)?

The weewx  forecast (https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/forecasting) page states that there is a free API key available from WU. This information is dated and as far as I can tell, wrong.
